Welcome to MUSE CSS. This site is to assist people who need help learning HTML or CSS. In reality, while an HTML code may look like a jumble of random letters, it is quite simple to learn.
First, what is HTML? CSS?
HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. It is basically a language that the computer understands. It is used to design websites and is made up of tags. CSS is a similar computer language, only it focuses on structural properties such as alignment and size.
Why would I want to learn it?
Many people don't find it necessary to ever use HTML or CSS in their lives. However, if you are a small business owner hoping to get some online business, it is helpful to know how to build and design your own website so that it is appealing to buyers. Even if you are a blogger, you can update your blog with graphics by learning CSS.
